Privacy Policy

ThePictureShop is firmly committed to maintaining your privacy. Any information you provide at our site will not be shared with any third party. The pictures that you upload will be immediately deleted once the PictureBook has been created. However, we will retain a copy of the Picture Book for at least a year, just in case you would want a reprint.

Terms and Conditions

ThePictureShop makes no express or implied warranties about the reliability of the images, and is not responsible for any damage caused by loss, deletion or alteration of images. Customers are responsible for monitoring and creating backups of all image content.

We reserve the right to turn down orders which exhibit expressions of abuse, offensive language and imagery, obscenity, or pornography, including, but not limited to, child abuse, child pornography, depictions of minors engaged in sexual conduct or explicitly sexual situations, or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine laws.

The Picture Shop may also terminate your account and delete backup copies of your PictureBooks with prior notice should you violate any of these rules.

The Picture Shop hereby disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, operability or availability of information or material in this site. PhotoWorks further disclaims any responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, misdelivery, or untimely delivery of any information or material.

THIS SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER. ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
